Our Team
Meesh, Founder
Ceramics, Flameworking, Creative Writing
Michelle “Meesh” Ramadan (she/her) is an artist, teacher, maker, and lifelong adventurer. A potter at heart, she loves trying new things, learning by doing, and getting her hands into just about anything creative. She holds a B.A. in Comparative Literature and teaching training from Brown University, and an MFA in Creative Writing from Lesley University.
After years of making and teaching in Boston, she moved to Montpellier to create Terre & Verre: a playful, welcoming space to get your hands dirty, try something new, and make beautiful things—without taking yourself too seriously.
When she’s not making things, Meesh likes going to the beach, swing dancing, singing, and traveling to explore new places.

Clarisse (she/her) is a potter and the founder of Turning Pot’s, which she opened in November 2025 after completing her CAP in pottery through an apprenticeship between Aubagne and Montpellier.
Her work is an ode to the living world — to nature, humanity, and the beauty of what connects us. Each piece she creates carries the unique imprint of its making, along with the hope of becoming part of a story that continues long after it leaves her hands.
